Yea, but has it been requested under the FOIA and been released? You posted: "The apprehension was recorded in an INS computer system. The funny thing about this apprehension and it's record in the system, is it's lack of information. The other 150+ records for that day are complete, but this one record mysteriously is missing some key apprehension information."
