Here is copy from an email from Larry Thompson, who is bringing the charges.

John Stewart (Outdoorwire.com) forwarded your email to me concerning the unlawful use of the USGS seal by CWC & TNC. If you are interested, I could fax & or email you the letters and documents. I think faxing the docs. would be better as you then have the signatures from my letters.

I also received a response from V.P. Cheney that you would find of interest. I have yet to have a pdf made of it so I would definitely have to fax that. You may email me at this address or call me.

The document I enclose in Word format are the charges that I am making against CWC & TNC. I have had several attorneys review the situation and they all agree with me on these charges and tell me I am safe in making them.

There is nothing that these envirals would not do to protect their phoney image of being the saviors of America, clean water, air, green forests and the zillions critters that are in their Druid Cathedrals, (we used to call them our forests)!
