You're right. I know I sound like one of those NIMBY guys but PM is a place to avoid, IMO. As for Virginia, I wouldn't live anywhere else.

For those who've shopped Potomac Mills and still haven't dropped, and need a break from so much history, three of my favorite places are Busch Gardens Williamsburg, Kings Dominion, and Water Country USA. Lots of fun, if you go when temperatures are cooler and crowds are small.
