POSTED: 11:37 a.m. CDT July 4, 2002 UPDATED: 11:51 a.m. CDT July 4, 2002
FORT WORTH, Texas -- Fort Worth police are questioning two women believed to be involved in trying to sell an infant.
The incident happened on the corner of Killian Street in southeast Fort Worth. Police said a teenager was approached by a woman who offered to sell 2-month-old Jasmine for $50.
The teenager took the little girl, called police and then her aunt.
Officers said the 18-year-old might have saved the infant's life.
Investigators aren't sure what charges the women will face.

My only fear in doing the same thing that the 18 year old did, would be that I was the target of a sting operation.
Oooooooo..... to be young and innocent again.
I can almost remember when I thought the government was actually looking out for us instead of looking to book us.

Comment #3, I'll never know what you said, but I suspect I would concur.
Why do liberals believe that minimizing human life makes us less oppressed???????
I suspect the 18 y.o.'s parents are very, very proud. They should be. If their not, I really, really am!!
