No Mud, I would go further. No government ownership. Privatize it all. There is a better way to resolve interdependent community issues and competing risks in land use that starts with civic respect for private property rights.

That'd be my ultimate goal as well, but a first step in that process would be to get the control of this Land outta DeeCee...it's absolutely appalling what the Feds have gobbled up over the last decade!! Let Utah citizens be primarily responsible for Utah lands, at least then we might find a way to fire someone the next time we have a catastrophe like these fires!!
