Those were my thoughts, as well. Fox said they will keep breaking in for further developments. A CHP spokesman (I didn't catch named) was interviewed on Fox. He was asked what the plans are; I believe they'll wait a bit, and may call in a SWAT team if the men don't come out of their car. They are just sitting inside right now.....kind of weird.
