Thanks, 2sheep. I see it now. I was in a hurry to get the article posted. I keep getting java script errors and have to shut scads of windows so I don't like those kind of sites. I tried to upgrade Netscape to 6.something but it messed up my mail routing. Now I may try 7. What's wrong with explorer you ask? I hate it. Only use it when there's no other way. All my bookmarks and addresses are in Netscape.

That is sickening. Who would do such a thing? Monsters.
If true, then this is a murder investigation. I don't know why Planned Parenthood isn't cooperating. Maybe there is a doctor patient privelege, but I don't know the law well enough to say.

I don't know how far the patient/client privilege applies in murder investigations. This could go to the Supreme Court.
Maybe the boyfriend did it. I don't like to go where my mind wants to take me on this. I the person thought they could conceal the baby in recycling material and . . . that's enough. They could just have well put it in the garbage.
I hope they get to the bottom of it.

if the group doesn't hand over to investigators the names of women who took pregnancy tests Talk about a fishing expedition!!!!! Hope the court stops this massive invasion of privacy.

Planned Parenthood et al just grind them up and shred them to bits and THEN flush them down our sewers at least 4400 times a day - so what's the BIG DEAL???
Records?? Prvacy Rights? or another ho hum MURDER??

Groan. Three in one month at that plant. Those poor little babies deserve a decent burial and justice.

Did you see the blurb at the end of the article?
"Under California's Safe Haven Law, a parent can go to a hospital emergency room within 72 hours of birth and hand over an unwanted baby without facing prosecution."
To: oline
Off topic - but does anyone remember that O'Reilly episode where he interviewd that nurse - her hospital performed late term abortions - they would deliver the babies then just leave them in another room and wait for them to die...and to top it off this was a Catholic hospital.Correction: The hospital was Christ Hospital in Oak Lawn, Illinois. It is not a Catholic hospital; it is owned by a corporation connected to the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and the United Church of Christ: link.

Either these people haven't heard about the law or they are too far gone to hand a baby over. Some of them might be illegals . . . others, who knows?
