Good point. x42 doesn't go anywhere on his own dime, so that means the International Aids Trust, presumably, is providing the first class air transportation, hotel, whores, meals, etc., for this little jaunt to the conference in Barcelona. I'd guess MTV is paying top dollar for him to appear on their program.
