Not proven to be terrorist incident. However, if the terrorists can't get their hands on a cheap Tec 9 much less a decent H&K or Uzi, why are we so fearful of them. This guy doesnt sound like he had much of a weapon or he likely would have done a lot more damage. I personally doubt he was Al-Qaeda. More likely a disgruntled employee or husband.
