Actually, what this shows is that when you have TRAINED security - with the appropriate weapons to stop idiots with guns - it works. El Al did their job - the guy only got off enough shots to kill 1 person before El Al's security took him out. No games, no "put down the weapon"; they just took the guy out!

I THINK OUR HOMELAND SECURITY NEEDS TO TAKE A FEW LESSONS FROM EL AL.
