You know something Jim, what you say there is undeniable. As much as I'd like to see nearly every single GOP loser in Washington working at McDonalds, what you say above is exactly what would happen.
Problem is our system is deteriorating rapidly no matter who's in power, we all know it. Question is what to do about it.
The idea of working within the system and somehow electing conservatives is commendable, and I'm not even sure I disagree with it. However, we never wind up with conservatives we just keep building this huge, invasive governmental complex.
We need to some MOVEMENT somehow. You once posted something to the effect that you realized you would never see our Republic restored to how it was intended.
That's bullshit. Look at what you've done here? We have a lot of power, we need to start implimenting that power to the max. If we want, what we've done so far can be just the very beginning.
This started with 4 people in my neighborhood and now is becoming a massive force. FR started with a few people who cared and look at what has happened. Just think if we could exponentialize the last five years to the next.
I have a feeling that things are going to get quite interesting in this country in the near future. There is much we can do to affect events as long as we keep our integrity. The first word one sees when they browse here is "FREE", we must never forget that. People like us who love Freedom are like hamsters in a habitrail, we won't stop chewing incessantly until we've busted the cage. I want to bust the cage Jim, so do you, so does everyone else around here.
We have to do something in this lifetime Jim, I don't want you to leave this earth and not see your dreams come true. I sure as hell don't want that for myself.
