I'm sorry that you're having problems, Lady.
Whether you have RealPlayer or Windows Media Player as your default, they should pick up the file automatically when it finishes loading.
You shouldn't have to hit play.
It will say, "Done", before it's finished preparing it to play.
RealPlayer has a bigger picture, but WMP has better resolution.
