Just a quick caution on Rose's book--although substantially correct, he may have overplayed his hand in recounting certain incidents of harrasment. Check out this

I don't know what prompted Rose to include incidents of dubious credibility. There were so many true stories he could have recounted. Exaggerated tales of harrassment only give ammo to the other side.
