Probably quite a few....when did they realize it tho?....when they found the shell casing but then never put anything regarding guns on the search warrant?..when they found the indentified prints in the VD home?..when only certain evidence was sent in for testing?..when they didn't send the brown hairs in for offender database testing?? on and on...when they realized that Hey, he wasn't really sweating, lets just say he was...hey, he didn't give us that Garry's number....oh yeah, he did...lets wait till the trial and the defense brings it up.

If there *were* good people on the prosecution team and in LE, they would've cut this guy loose a long time ago. They aren't good, they're evil people who only care about winning their case. This sort of behavior is truly despicable.
