One of the stories floating in SD was that she was either in use, or walked in on something in the master bedroom. Anyway the Master Bedroom was said to be the actual crime scene. That's why the steam cleaner was there, to remove tail-tell evidence. Then there is the issue of the searchers who found a bloody sheet. This was destroyed on instructions from Diane Halfman. (I heard this from a searcher). There is also a report of a tip called into LRC on 2/26 in the evening. (My source was there.) The appropriate parties were informed of this information. There is also the matter of the phone trap on the VD's phone around the 15th.
If Faulkner can show that the body was not left at Dehesa until after 2/4. There is no case. David was stalked by both the press and the police. He couldn't even go to the bathroom with out them knowing.
Something wicked this way comes...
This is so cool, now to learn colors.LOL

There are two theories that still hold water, imho. (1) that the murder/accident/suicide occured in the master bedroom in the presence of an improper sexual going-on, and that Damon and woever else was involved then went into this painful to watch unfolding cover up. (2) That Danielle disappeared -- was taken -- by some cult, who came to know the vD's through the swinging, and that her taking occured eariler in the afternoon, and perhaps at least one of the vD's -- D or B -- had given approval to it, but perhaps was deluded as to the sacrificial intent.
