Ahhh, I see you've found that part of the transcript already. Peculiar testimony, wasn't it? That, and the "I recognized her from her teeth" statement. So, were her teeth still intact when this man found her? Will his photos reveal that? If the teeth were still intact, why did the PD try to imply they had been knocked out during suffocation?

My thought exactly.....that "knocks out" that theory..

Do you remember the dentist that testified I believe it was him that said that one tooth was found in her throat..he also testified that the teeth become loose with decomposition..and fall out

Are you suspious of that Chris? Wasn't it his idea to go back over that area AFTER it had already been searched ? He had a hunch?? I would like to know something of his history....swinger? Friend of VD's ? Neighbor?

In addtion to the "I recognized her from her teeth" statement, this is also puzzling to me. From VOLUNTEER SEARCHERS FIND A BODY IN DEHESA dated February 28:

"It is her," said a detective close to the investigation. "It's female, a young girl, the same size as Danielle. The clothing looks like hers, and the body appears to have been out there three to four weeks, which is how long she's been missing."

I suppose media hype can be discounted, but this statement is just weird.
