You and so many others, regardless of how much we disagreed, who are respectful are the reason I continued. I know you don't flamebait etc..and it's GREATLY appreciated. I do believe I told you what fueled my passion...and why I am so against blaming victims for the cruel and insane acts of another. That's why i stayed for so long. As far as the credibility of cherokee etc., I believe they told the truth as they knew it. I think cherokee did the right thing by grabbing the stranger in the bar and say "pretend we're together"..whether BVD was serious or not. Even the best respected man in any town can be a molestor..so it doesn't matter a whole lot what character witnesses might say. It's terrible...but true. :( The witnesses who said they hung out at the vd's friday night for less than 30 minutes ..I read the thoughts about barbara falling on top of danielle to do whatever lesbians do, suffocate her etc.. It made me wanna puke. If you are asking me of those stories reduce barbaras etc credibility...no. I just don't know what to tell you. You have no idea how much the thought of this mass huge swinging conspiracy idea is...to think the police, the homocide team, the prosecutors, the judge and whoever else could be involved disgusts me. Not the theory..but the thought that if it's true--what's the SOLUTION? Something needs to be done..FR is was created on activists backs..IT IS an activist haven, it always has been. Why not do what connectthedots did? Investigate the investigators..everyone HAS THAT RIGHT..and if someone has a strong enough belief in their instincts, sacrifices can be made,
something needs to be done.

Morning Kimmie, dear. I hafta work for a while today, I'm waiting on my Starbucks delivery. In the mean time I'll start off. Last night I was helping look for an article where Damon said he wasn't home what I found was:
One of the earliest articles reports that the party started at 2:30 and was over at 4:00. The impression was given that both doors were found open at 4. Hmmm why was the timeline changed? No the reporters did not mis-understand.
The timeline began to change the first week. In the early articles one said Damon woke up at 1:30, no mention of alarm light.
The Australian article, PAY ATTENTION SLEEPY CAMPERS, stated that Damon was ENTERTAINING SOMEONE AT HOME . Must have overlooked that tid bit.
There were also rumors, on FR and abroad, that perhaps the crime actually occurred in the master bedroom. HMMM. So there is still the possibility that she walked in on daddy and someone. Who is that someone? The local media seemed reluctant, and still does, to print such stories even if they are true.
All this spinning is making me dizzy.
