Well, I was trying to be careful about spelling it out, lest posts get pulled--but consider: They left the bar in full-party mode. They arrived at the van Dam house in full party mode. But between the time they arrived at the house and the time they sat down in the kitchen--something had happened. People had become "somber."
My feeling--that was when they knew Danielle was missing, possibly even when they knew she was dead. The rest of the evening was spent cleaning up the crime scene house and doing a little "story coordination" work among the merry party-goers.

I had some fun gassing Cherokee yesterday..but seriously, I found her a strange witness. She struck me as a hard-core party chick...husky voice, looks better as the evening wears on...probably gets a lot of drinks bought for her, by fliting and innuendo...
Good example, she grabs some guy at Dad's, and says, "You will be my boyfriend for the evening, got it?" She did this to keep the SLUTJACKALS at arms distance.
But..bottom line, I believe she saw and reported facts...
FACT #1...The SLUTJACKALS were more aggressive than any of us ever fathomed.
FACT #2...DW interacted with the SLUTJACKALS a lot more than Denise and Brenda inferred...I am sure Feldman will ask for more clarification next week...LOL
FACT #3...The LAST person to see Danielle alive......
PETER DAMON VAN DAM......
Those are all facts.....

Maybe Damon was mad because there was no fresh meat. Could somber up anybody in his presence. It's that goatee thing. Now that it's shaved off he can fall down on the floor and have a full tantrum, and still look in character. The junior high punk thing he tried in court didn't get him very far,did it?
Note to Damon: Grow up or try a new approach.
