It was over the budget. I was ragging on the unconstitutional Dept. of Education ...

It compares Clinton's budget v. Bush. Everything is increased (except for Commerce).

I love it to hear their reaction to the dept of ed argument..I've met a few that didn't realize that it wasn't around in the 50's and before..twas nice to offer him a beverage after that..he was probably a bit hot under the collar. G'nite and sweetdreams..
