Your post just gave me a thought. No, it wasn't the Hotmail account that used the last 4 digits of DW's SSN. It was an internet banking site where the user signed on with the username DNWest1 and the password was 5203. The son's Hotmail account was DNWest@hotmail.com.

It just occurred to me that this may be an account that DW has for his son, like a college fund, or child support or maybe a trust or something. Feldman needed to ask whether there were multiple user names at this same site, or whether DW has an account at this bank in the son's name.

On RR some caller was rattling about that was DW's b-day Mar 52. So that meant it was his. Wrong his b-day was 2/25/52. Sometimes they give their own passwords. The numbers could also represent letters.

Very, very good catch. Would not at all be unusual for Dad to have an account for his son to access from local ATMs at college. He'd need the PIN, and since Dad probably set up the account for said son, he may very well use part of his SSN as an easily remembered number. Brilliant deduction, Sherlock!

The son might not know the ss# but he would know the cell phone!
