Is he trying to imply that the black outfit was the kidnapping/raping/murder outfit???...wouldn't their have been DNA and trace when he took it to drycleaners?

If they are, they should have brought that out during Prosecution.

Notice they never have tried to link any particular clothing to the crime, except for the jacket.
