When a young girl was found dead in her back yard, her parents told police that she was attacked and killed by the family dogs. Investigators did not agree -- and believed that the girl's wounds were not dog bites at all, but a slashing injury, consistent with a knife wound. The parents were found guilty of murder and sentenced to life in prison.
