Someone had statistics on an earlier thread that showed that accidential death of small children was more likely than death at the hands of a stranger. What makes this appear to be a murder is the failing to report it and the dumping, not forensic evidence of murder.
If the van Dams were involved in even more drugs than we know of, it would explain the need for the coverup. I don't know, I just have reasonable doubt.
Accidental death, hide the body, dump later also seems to fit better than murder and dump. It almost seems as if someone had to have closure after being tormented for a week or two.
Somehow it's easier for me to believe in an accident than to believe anyone of these admittedly perverted people could have willing killed a 7 year old girl. The coverup, I can see, they had a lot to hide, some of which we may not know about.

Could (DID) they do a toxicity test to see if Danielle had been given drugs. Knew a Dr. wife who drugged her children at bedtime, so she wouldn't be bothered. Maybe they overdosed her?????

those death stats were from the United Nations, aka gun grabbers

That's my guess as well. The vD's, Rich & friends are distributing coke/meth. Even in Southern LeftCoast-Land --this is serious prison time.

Initially I was with the "accident" argument.
But now I feel that it's a case of reckless endangerment --if not outright murder. Due to the fact of dumping the body away from the scene, nude (why wave the PJ's on TV and the "an identical pair that belongs to a friend that sleeps over", a BS story from the gitgo). Doesn't every parent missing a child have former a police officer help them "interface" with the law ?
The lies and spin from this case make me want to retch.
