As a rational man I'll have to make my hypothesis fit the facts. I cant't invent "facts" to fit the theorem.

Thanks, and i'll give a nod to the wild guesses
Then isn't it ok if I propose theories on how DW might have gotten into the house? I'm the first to admit that I thought we'd know dusek's theory as to how dw got in there...Surely he'll say it during closing arguments..
Knock yourself out Kim. I'll keep in mind your "two drive theory" and the "pervert pediphile child rapitst Dave" theory.
I think it should be ok to propose theories on either side of this thing. That's what a board like this is all about--brainstorming.
But if someone comes up with a laughable theory, surely no one can complain if people actually laugh. The plastic sheets would not have seemed so laughable if you and others had not first said DW had a drunken blackout, and that it was a crime of opportunity. When someone contradicts themselves so drastically, it loses credibility.
The bottom line is--you want DW found guilty at any cost. Justice takes a back seat here.
Those of us still asking questions expect the prosecution to prove their case. If we don't hold them to that standard with this case, we can't expect them to render true justice in any other case, including some that might involve one of us. One day, it could be one of us crucified by the media and false police leaks (does the name Randy Weaver ring any bells?). If we give the ok for the DA to behave this way in this case, we've weakened the justice system a tiny bit more. Piece by piece, in very small increments, I'm watching this happen.
Kim, don't you know that killing a man just because you don't like him (while the real killer laughs at everyone) is not justice? I don't know what it is, but it's not justice. And that was what I was talking about when I said that attitudes like yours are (at the very least) unhealthy for this country's justice system.
Look at the evidence--I mean the real evidence, not the police leaks and the media hype. So far, they have not proven--beyond a reasonable doubt--that he did this. If the prosecution has an ace up their sleeve, they'd better pull it out now. I doubt that they do.
