Okay, so if the hard drive images were done before 4 pm on the 4th, then what the software would find for that Temp file would be a "last access" time prior to 4 pm on the 4th. Whatever it was - pick a date/time.

But, Watkins testified that he arrived at DW's after midnight, meaning he was actually there on the 5th. That's when he made the images of the HDs.

Since the times can no longer be changed on the images, there is still a "last access" at 4:47 pm 04/02 for one of the files. Who accessed that file at that time? Neal? Some cop who was wandering through DW's computer? Unless someone opened "Properties" on that file at 4:47, and changed the date/time by doing so, someone actually had to go to the website, which would have reset the time on the file - or actually added that file to the Temp folder.

I don't believe the file was created (that is downloaded on 2/4) just last accessed (looked at). I don't think showing the property list will change the last access, but it might. I'll check.
