That's the reason the son will not be called to the stand. They already know it wasn't his dad. The DA would look bad by bringing the son in.
The defense has already brought the boy in, by using an expert witness to implicate him as an alternative suspect in the child porn charge. How come that doesn't make Feldman look bad? Just wondering.
