Who did the vacuuming? Forensics or VDs and friends? If the latter, can that be considered "interfering with an investigation" or "obstruction of justice"?

I've rewritten this 3 times to make the best effort to not "tick" anyone off.. Not sure how to do it dems.. I can't please everyone! You and so many others, regardless of how much we disagreed, who are respectful are the reason I continued. I know you don't flamebait etc..and it's GREATLY appreciated. I do believe I told you what fueled my passion...and why I am so against blaming victims for the cruel and insane acts of another. That's why i stayed for so long. As far as the credibility of cherokee etc., I believe they told the truth as they knew it. I think cherokee did the right thing by grabbing the stranger in the bar and say "pretend we're together"..whether BVD was serious or not. Even the best respected man in any town can be a molestor..so it doesn't matter a whole lot what character witnesses might say. It's terrible...but true. :( The witnesses who said they hung out at the vd's friday night for less than 30 minutes ..I read the thoughts about barbara falling on top of danielle to do whatever lesbians do, suffocate her etc.. It made me wanna puke. If you are asking me of those stories reduce barbaras etc credibility...no. I just don't know what to tell you. You have no idea how much the thought of this mass huge swinging conspiracy idea is...to think the police, the homocide team, the prosecutors, the judge and whoever else could be involved disgusts me. Not the theory..but the thought that if it's true--what's the SOLUTION? Something needs to be done..FR is was created on activists backs..IT IS an activist haven, it always has been. Why not do what connectthedots did? Investigate the investigators..everyone HAS THAT RIGHT..and if someone has a strong enough belief in their instincts, sacrifices can be made, something needs to be done.

Have you researched what fibers were found in Danielle's bed? I think it would be very odd if fibers from her environment, like her carpet and Layla hairs, were found on her body or in the MH but not in the bed she was supposedly snatched from.

That would almost sound like a frame job.

Who did the vacuuming?

Some have said this is when the neighbors came in to vacuum up the mess.

As it was only 2/3...the day after her disappearance and all the printing hadn't even been done yet...I tend to think they came later..but who knows.

Dorie Savage said she didn't tell them they couldn't vacuum....but..preserving evidence was important to DVD, hence, the gate...why would you vacuum up the stairway the perp had to use TWICE...before forensics was completely done?

The stairway where 2 unidentified prints were found??

Mizsterious did a nice job from the transcripts on that...mommya has a good fiber one that I am searching for..can't find it again now.

I do not recall tho that any fibers were mentioned as having been taken or testified to from her bed.

We know about the blood in her room but not fibers.

Melyvn Kong testified that there were no acrylic orange fibers found on her bedding.

He testified that the hair on the gate was animal....he also tested the 3 vacuum cleaner bags..MH, DW, and the newly fresh VD bag.

We did not hear testimony that the MH or DW vacuum bag was filled w/her hair....so how did he keep her hair from falling out all over the MH while he had her captive for days??

We didn't hear that the fabric headboard in the MH was filled with her hair.

We did hear that the comforter from the dry cleaners had a blonde color treated hair, short and long black hairs, brown, white, blonde hairs, black and white fibers, 2 small pieces of brown paper, blue fiber.

Either the dry cleaner was able to remove all of Danielle's hair but not the others or the comforter from the MH is a big nothing.

Here you have a couple whose daughter is missing...they have just told LEO the "truth" about their life after Barb spilled the beans....there is no way they were cleared from suspicion of harming their daughter from the evening of 2/2 to 10am of 2/3....yet they are let back in to vacuum and no one has a problem with this??
