I haven't thanked you for over a week for your transcribing. You and Shezza are gems. Thank you, both, soooooo much.
And you must have all the testimony burned in your brain from all the transcripts you've been checking up on to keep us all on track.
Feldman should be knocking on your door! Of course, then we wouldn't have the benefit of your work, so tell him to go away. LOL

Actually, I did find the real estate site for SD county and snooped around. It APPEARS to me that she was married to TIM Easton...however there are MANY different RE transfers/refinances by both Brenda and Brent Easton...maybe they are brother/sister or something????

I've enjoyed reading your commentary and speculations tonight after all of the festivities...
Even though we don't agree on all the details, watching the this particular case with you, and reading the news articles, testimony etc together has given us a new perspective on the judicial system and media.... Humans, in their infinite wisdom, are forever making mistakes....and it will not get better. That's why we have an appellate system..to correct them. The system of checks and balances may not be perfect, but it is what we have right now. If we think it's wrong, needs correcting or restructuring.. it's our patriotic duty to help get it fixed...just like what "connectthedots" and other patriots are doing.
G'nite and sweetdreams!
Happy 4th of July!

I think the orange fibers were from DW's environment.
Only 1 orange fiber was found on her body, that was in the tangled hair in the necklace.....secondary trace from the cookie sale day?
The fibers that are important are the:
From 92, the sheet that Danielle's body was wrapped in - 40 red delustered rayon fibers with a dog bone crossection.
From the right "hand bag" - red polyester fiber (no # given.)
From nail clippings - red delustered rayon fiber (no # given.)
From 108, her cut off hair - bright red rayon multilobed fiber - 10 plus.
There were many different fibers found at DW's - some were red - but none were similar to these.(Thx Miz)
These are also of interest:
Now the blue/gray ones...these are short, straight with a slight curve, nylon, blue/gray, with a characteristic shape. They were found to be similar macroscopically, microscopically, and chemically (infrared) - but were not sent to the microspectrophotometer.
They were found on...
115, vegetation from the lower back area - 1.
92, sheet wrapped around body - at least 19.
108, her cut off hair - 1.
5,6, and 7 - being DW's laundry from washer, folded on top of dryer, and inside dryer - 10...(Thanks Mizsterious)
Could the blue/gray nylon fibers be from something in a vehicle?...could the 10 found in DW's laundry have come from sitting in a common vehicle and secondary trace ended up in the washer?...his black jeans that he had on that night?
We don't know what fibers were at the VD's...did they have red furniture?..an afghan?..a dog bed????

Didn't you have a different last name that matched a SDPD's name? Though not necesarily the same guy? about 100 posts ago?
My brain is fried, I need to go to bed. That's what I was thinking of, but I may be all mixed up. Too much heat and commotion all day. :-)
Thank you for locating and sharing that info. Barb remains a real wild card. You may be onto figuring it out.
See y'all tomorrow....
To: Rheo
Thank you.
I'll start here tomorrow. Too tired to think, but continue to be amazed at what you have cataloged. Does the caffiene work THAT well? lol
To: pinz-n-needlez
Feldman won't take my calls!!!
Must have gotten tired of the 3am phone calls...Ask about the dog bed!!Ask about the dog bed!!

Is there court tomorrow? Somebody on another forum said there was, but I thought we were out until Monday????
To: pinz-n-needlez
You're right, my brain is obviously more fried than yours...the last name was Ballard. The guys name is Tim Easton, so maybe she kept the Easton name???

Tim is her ex, I believe.....her marriage to Brent, if it is...would have been prior to 1997 at least.

I love my screen name too.I have not seen the judge and it is hard because I am following this online. From the blood evidence he is guilty but there is no evidence that he was in the house and that does have me mixed up.How did he get in and out with no evidence that he was there.

My thinking is maybe a brother/relative, since it isn't her ex...actually makes for more "loyalty".

Wonder if they were thinking of court next Friday...it was going to be on...then Judge Mudd said no court on the 12th and may even get out early on the 11th??.
Could Feldman be done by then??
