Concerning the $ 100,000 life insurance..if that is true (talking about it on a show doesn't necessarily make is so) then there is a big possible motive for someone else who also had means & opportunity...I see no reason to have such a policy on a child..and if they did was it on only one child? My experience is that children will go where they feel the most safe. Usually that's in their own room, surrounded by their own things. There's a slight psychological statement in the netting over her bed. My bet is that it was something Danielle wanted and (probably not consciously to a 7-year-old) served as a barrier between her and what was "outside"

Prior to and including the trial Prosecution and their underlings are the ones who have had the "leaks". The swinging angle originally came from LE. They have called in favors for this amazing spin fest. IMO SD LE needs a new plumber.

You know the VD's are moral perverts..what you seem to have a hard time doing is realize that the "lifestyle" as they chose to live it put their kids at risk. They did things in their home that were not good for those kids to be around...they had people in that house that were not good for the kids to be around

IF they loved their kids more than their pleasure they would not have done that. So the tears ( or the damons angry act) do not move me. If they kept their home safe from their swinging and had baby sitters I would still think they are moral pond skum...but I would not question their grief...or their innocence

My kids swap rooms all the time, girls in with their brother, and vice versa. They just don't like being alone.

My oldest is only 8, though.

I would be interested in knowing how often they switched rooms and the circumstances.I agree that kids like to move around and share beds..(mine always did too)BUT if it was because she was scared when she heard strangers in the house that is a whole other matter!

When I see the media whether it be TV, Radio, or Print before the trial even begins, to find a person guilty especially when there are more unanswered questions, lies, and circumstances involving the immediate family and their friends. I have to asked myself why. Are people today so ignorant they will believe anything the media states even when it totally goes against common sense and logic? We have seem this during the last ten years, the "Propaganda Machine" at work...... Tell the masses anything and the sheeple will believe it....This scares me more than anything that there are more and more people who do not process what is called common sense to know BS when they hear it. Do I believe an innocent man could be railroaded? You better believe it.
