Is it possible for someone to slip infected blood where it might infect someone else on a large scale with the HIV 'super virus?'

I think the first report in Africa of the super virus was only 5-6 years ago..

I guess that depends on what you mean by large scale. Maybe at a blood bank distribution location, but then again ...maybe.
