One thing that should be agreed upon is that Kimel did not seem to hesitate to answer questions about having sex with Damon a few years ago, but specifically stated that it was a swap of husbands and she did not have sex with Brenda VD. She must have gotten the good advice to simply admit the facts about sex with Damon and get off the stand as quickly as possible. Of all the prosecution witnesses who were at the VD house that night, she seems to have the least to hide. If so, she is probably one of the prosecution witnesses who has not hired a lawyer, unless she sought the advice of one prior to testifying. If so, she was given good advice and is likely to have no need for an immunity deal.
