My question is WTF he still alive? (I'm glad Texas has him.)
To: moyden
I'll think of this case when I visit the Guardian newsboard and read all the posts against America's capital punishment laws.

I know it's not the right attitude but sometimes there are things I wish I didn't know about. And this is for sure one of those times.

(I'm glad Texas has him.)Yes, and the state will miss him, of course. Such a loss of a fine young monster.
Good ol' drippy.

It is too late to bring back the chair?
To: moyden
Note that Mr. Cobb was 17 at the time he was shoveling dirt on a sobbing, choking baby.
The liberals are already slobbering all over him.

The only real justice would be to bury this puke alive.

That guy is white....
The liberal press/NAACP/ACLU/etc. All try to convince the public that it's only blacks who receive the death penalty. So obviously, that has to be the wrong guy.
< / sarcasm off>
To: LibWhacker
Dear Mr. or Ms. Whacker, you are absolutely correct because in most any other jurisdiction even a scum like this would never be eliminated. Calif. obviously has no constitutional law, just a bunch of hacks trying to enact their ideas. N.Y. has put to death how many? none. While the southeast has a little better record, it still needs to get the ball rolling to get those 10 and 12 and 18 years delays with warrentless appealsdown to about 4 or 5. This guy should go in about 3 minutes if they can insure he is guilty.
To: Palladin
Not really. Burying him alive is one option, but skinning him alive would be an equally fine option, honey and fire ants I would have no problem with, impaling him on a meat hook would work, and there is always disembowlment. Anything that is long, slow and painful would work for me!
To: moyden
My son Joshua, who is sitting in my lap as I type, turned 16 months old yesterday. This case file should be sent to that fool of a federal judge who just today ruled the death penalty unconstitutional.

That guy is white.... Or, inversely, they need a lot more white guys to get the chair, to "make the death row population look more like America" or something.
Either way, more bad guys need to die.

I like the way you think. But my solution would be to locate the child's father, the mother's father, and brothers and uncles and put them into a small room with this fellow. Close the door and come back the next day.
Justice served.

Heck, I'd volunteer to shovel the dirt myself...and sleep like a baby that night!
To: moyden
I'm sure that Princeton's Pete Singer would think he did the world a big favor by killing both of them. Just so long as he didn't harm any animals.

Let start a pool. Cut off his gonies and place them in his mouth, turn on the juice. We'll place wagers how high they hit the wall across the room.

Death row could hardly happen to a more suitable guy.
