As a stalwart Texan, you surely know that bragging about anything personal is simply unnecessary and tacky.
Bragging about being a Texan isn't "personal", unnecessary or tacky, it's expected!
Most Texans I know walk the walk without having to loudly talk the talk.
I walk the walk and will talk any way I please, thank you very much. Sometimes loudly is the only way some folks hear things.
