I have so much hate and spite for your post ( notice that I did not say YOU). I don't know how to contain myself. I as a former soldier had to stand and protect the right for you to say what you just said. It makes me wonder what kind of world I will bring children into when people like you say that any order, even an order to give up your Constitutional DUTY must be followed.

I've been under the impression that VA Advogado has never met a joint he couldn't sell.
He may deny it, which is easy to do on the Internet, but he sure wants to keep the WOsD going. I don't think it is out of concern for his fellow Citizens, as evidenced in the replies you linked to. Cutting down the competition perhaps?
IMO the biggest supporters for the WOsD are the people making insane amounts of money off of it. If marijuana is legal...there go the profits. And marijuana is very profitable because it is illegal.

Ex-Army medic arrested

The former Army medic from Conroe who was dishonorably discharged for refusing to don a U.N. insignia of an international peacekeeping force has been arrested on drug charges for the second time in a year.

Michael New, 26, appeared before a judge Wednesday on an arrest warrant and was ordered held without bail on a charge of attempting to possess a controlled substance by fraud. He is accused of phoning in a phony prescription to a pharmacy in May for the drug alprozolam, commonly known as Xanax, which is prescribed to combat anxiety. A Montgomery County grand jury indicted him in May.

If convicted, he faces up to 10 years behind bars.

In January, New pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance by fraud, and District Judge James Keeshan fined him $ 500 and sentenced him to seven years of probation.
