Smokers have a strong and controling PHYSICAL addiction to nicotine.
I gave up Copenhagen just about 1 year ago now. I still get cravings -- almost on a daily basis. Damned straight it's a physical addiction.
Of course, that doesn't mean tobacco should be illegal, either.
