225 posts in, you have yet to inform us of the reasons you base your strong opposition to the legalization of MJ on other than you dont want to be on the road with stoned drivers.
I think I am safe in assuming that you dont want to be on the road with drunk drivers yet I dont see your support for returning to Prohibition.
Seriously, in specifics, what are your reasons for your support of continuing the prohibition on MJ and what are your constitutional arguments for supporting the Federal Governments prohibition on MJ.
Alright. Here we go prohibition didn't work. America had to return to alcohol as a legal drug. What was the result? Drug Addiction (Alcoholism), Organized Crime, Assault, Battery, Murder, Rape, Prostitution, Loss Of Productivity, Unemployment, Spouse Abuse, Child Abuse, Broken Homes, Runaway Children, Auto Accidents, Auto Fatalies, Increased Hospital Costs, Increased Taxes.
That's just from having Alcohol as a legal drug. Do you really want to compound these problems by making drugs legal?
