That may be true, but Billy may have been a temporary celebrity time out which doesn't affect her relationship with the regular lucky SOB, if there is one. But, jeez, the way Clinton gets around you wouldn't think women would be very anxious to add him to their dance cards, so to speak. Haven't these women heard of diseases? Or at least, bad taste?
