Here in the People's Republic of Park Slope, I've been yelled at by old hippies... "Why don't you drive something responsible???", when they see me in my 1994 Explorer. Hell, around here, I've also been called a "Warmonger" for wearing an USNA sweatshirt. My standard reply is an upturned middle finger, followed by a hearty ' HOO-YAH"!

Here in the People's Republic of Park Slope, I've been yelled at by old hippies... "Why don't you drive something responsible???", when they see me in my 1994 Explorer.

If they are anything like the old hippies here in Ithaca (the City of Evil), they probably drive big ol' VW vans and Volvo wagons that require lead additives just to run and get 17 miles per gallon going downhill in a breeze.
