It seems like a pretty small sample size to be jumping to such large conclusions.

There would have to be a pretty large range between the test and the control to make such assumptions. I wouldn't bet the farm on 100 samples of anything.

The size of a single sample, or the number of multiple samples, does not have to be big!

I'd bet the farm on 20 samples - and under some circumstances, on as few as 6 samples.

It's a trick played by statisticians to prove all sorts of stuff and to supplement their meager incomes.
