Has anyone thought that maybe this has been very carefully orchestrated by Greyout Davis to provide him with an opportunity to veto this piece of shit in order to regain momentum in the election? He is getting his butt kicked right now and you know the Enviro-Nazis will cut him slack in order to keep their leader in power.

I wouldn't put it past the gov, but I can't imagine the Enviro-Nazis cutting anybody slack. These people are obsessed. IMHO, most of them should be locked up so they don't hurt themselves or others.
