I have no qualms about pointing out an obvious misrepresentation that has been trumpeted for several years by Klayman. It is quite possible that he was a career employee and not a political appointee. HOWEVER, he has consistently said that he worked under Reagan, and has never mentioned Carter. I think that is a bit misleading, myself.
And I don't care if he clerked under Bork himself, Klayman is not someone I would give a nickel to, after that "Tea and Mussolini" hit piece on Laura Bush. It was uncalled for, especially because at that time none of FIJC's "objections" to Laura Bush had even occurred. (Unless Larry is psychic as well.)
