His overhead is higher than the nut of most law firms. 95% is high. 70% is more typical (a percentage I slashed a long time ago). Of course, most of that 70% is associated with the practice of law rather than marketing, but that is a minor detail.

Rebeckie asked me to delete her account in November of 2001. Then a few months later she started posting again as FreedominJesusChrist.

Well, from my perspective, I have a hard time seeing what he spent the $1.2 million dollars on. There's not much to show for that.

"What suits has he filed against Democrats?"

The Loral Shareholders suit is not specifically against "Democrats" per se, but it is hitting a company that gave considerable amounts of money to Bill Clinton's campaign. What's more, Klayman has spent the last 8 years chasing after the Clintons. At one point in time, he has over 18 lawsuits against either the Clintons or people in their Administration. Do we have to have a quick review of how Hillary is a defendant in their Travelgate lawsuit, or do we have do bring up the whole Filegate situation again? I think that you remember, or perhaps you have selective memory, like some people suffer from selective hearing. You may also want to recall that Klayman is currently representing the Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson in a lawsuit naming Jesse Jackson and his son as defendants.

"I asked, why you were demanding Laura Bush make policy statements (not if she had the right to do it, try to concentrate) because earlier in this fascinating thread you condemned her for not making public statements about subjects you obviously care about."

You have totally misread my previous posts. I have never demanded that Laura Bush needs to make policy statements on anything, just that people here have the right to criticize her when she makes questionable statements concerning Roe v. Wade and the religion of Islam. Some people on this forum consider Laura Bush to be above reproach, but when she makes public statements, people have the 1st Amendment right to question them.

"Since she has never said officially that she was "pro-choice" you are blowing smoke fit for ASKEL5."

She has stated that she would not like Roe v. Wade to be repealed. I think that people here also have the right to interpret and comment on that questionable public statement.

"Remember..."words have consequences"."

Of course! How could I forget this important smidgen of advice? Likewise, just for your information, lies have consequences too. They tend to make people look like shrill witches and what's more, non-credible people.

I wonder if John Robinson can write a menopause indicator for screen names in Perl that would put a little tiny (m) in subscript after the screen name. It sure would be useful...

I will wear that with a badge of honor, Reggie. The day that the famed Registered, could not defend his stance to defend Steve Kirsch. Instead, he chose to slink away in defeat....and ignore my posts!

I assume the "not" was a typo. I don't recall Laura commenting on Roe, but I really think commenting on the views of spouses who don't pretend to be attempting to influence such matters as public policy heavy hitters is largely a deflection and waste of time.

"What are you doing back here after being banned? Deceitful, ain't you?"

Teri, she said this even after I gave her my word that I hadn't been banned. There is a different between honest questions and aimed personal attacks. It doesn't have to be your prerogative to defend the inexcusable on these threads.

Laura Bush said on NBC a couple months ago, that she does not want Roe v. Wade to be repealed. There was no typo on my part.
