Unfortunately, the vast majority of the Nazis were (or rather claimed to be) Christians, although the Nazi Party ideology was strongly anti-Christian. That is a fact, not a Clintonian libel.

I thought others were doing an excellent job of expressing disgust. If it helps, I'm disgusted, appalled and revolted. If anybody needs a spare man for the firing squad, I'm right over here. I have two young daughters, so that might give you some idea how I feel about it.

True, the two were exclusive and completely incompatible. They were only joined by men and their continual rationalization (and diminishing) of what's written plainly in black and white.
