Wasn't that one just for specific cities in Italy. The US should do a better job getting their warnings out abroad. I was in London at the time and didn't learn that I was supposed to be on heightened alert until I was back home.

I believe it was. You're right, I wonder if CNN carries these alerts overseas or if they're just broadcast domestically?
