Ruhlly? You mean we're not kidding here? Is .081 drunk?

I knew a captain for Continental who was an alcoholic. So nothing surprises moi.

Yeah I am serious that I heard it! And yes .08 is the legal driving limit in a lot of states...

The Federal Aviation Regulations have a much lower legal limit... .04 (Airlines obviously have a .00 limit as a policy)
