is it that the "satire" can in the guise of humor assert that Israel soldiers are openly killing women and children on purpose

I'm sorry, but I see this as more than just a funny picture. The agenda is that Israel is ridiculous in seeing terrorists everywhere. Well if you have to live there its not funny.

Because I am an AMERICAN and couldn't care less about any other country, I laughed even harder.
Palestinians debased? Correct
Israelis make stuff up? Correct
Innocents? No such thing.
Israelis kill women and children? Correct
Arafat still alive, therefore not being held responsible? Correct
Israel sees terrorists "everywhere"? Correct
