Yup... there is a huge gulf between the animal Kingdom, and man. Fortunately we have boats that can cut across that gulf in no time! Another big difference is that they graze, and then we eat them. BTW... Jesus ate lamb during the pasover, as all good Jewish people did, so he certainly enjoyed meat!
I still recall Northern Exposure's Chris Stevens telling Dr. Joel Fleishmann why hunters kill their own game. In Chris's words... "That way the animals won't scream when you cut into them." Amen to that brother.
