As an employee of the Leadership Institute, I can easily say that while we don't take a position on the legalization of marijuana or other drugs, Asa Hutchinson is a patriot, pure and simple.
And frankly, my friend...I think I'm slightly more relieved to have someone of Asa's character helping to secure our borders, especially during this time of war.
But come one, come all - it'll be a great party at Ft. Hunt Park.
(oh, and while I'm sure that there's lots of rumors flying around regarding Coors, I can also say that the Coors family are still great friends to conservatives, and we're happy to have their support for the event)

I don't know if what I've read about Coors on FR is rumor or not. Put the word "Coors" in the search engine and you'll see what I based my comment on. I like Asa and I especially like George Allen. One of these days I plan to mount an official George Allen for President in 2008 campaign on FR and document what he does so people can come to know him.
Thank you for the invitation. I've been to several of your Fourth picnics over the years and have always enjoyed the company and the speakers. Anyone looking for some like-minded comraderie that's casual, low-key, and not in DC, this is the place.
