Lots of SNL parallels here. Gore kind of reminds me of the Jon Lovitz talk-show host character that always ends up whining: "I just want to be loved, is that so wroooong?"

And, of course, there's the classic Dukakis After Dark skit. Looks like Al wants to star in the sequel.
