I don't think he would be acting. I know if I had to order the downing of a plane even if it was the only choice I had I would still feel responsible and would be devestated by it and it would show. Bush appears human to me and Bill Clinton does not. I see a big difference.

Clinton would and could have faked emotion, I don't think Bush could.
